Jan North Wilcox
  Jan Wilcox, Principal of The Next Step, brings over 20 years successful   experience in executive level sales, marketing, business development,   government affairs, and event management to her organization and clients.   She has worked with all kinds of organizations, from smaller start-up   companies to major players such as Microsoft, Oracle, and Intel.

 The Next Step has a very wide network of resources in the community and a team of associates in order to  best meet the needs of our clients. As Principal of The Next Step, Jan ensures her organization provides the level of resources and skills to partner with client organizations at any stage of their evolution.

Jan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Arizona University, as well as a Masters in Education from Lesley College in, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Jan is an El Dorado Hills, CA resident and is very involved in the community, both on a personal level and as a business owner.
